If we live like there is no tomorrow we will likely regret the things that we have done, and not those which we did not do.

Lack of sleep has brought me here

To this pit of pain and confusion

This lack of sleep and rest holds me back

I need to close my eyes

Rest my head upon the pillow

Curl up inside the covers

Sleep...sleep to dream of peace

I will escape this with the night of rest
